Who we are

This website, monarch.com.cy, is run by Monarch Marketing Ltd, a company based in Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at contact@monarch.com.cy.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you send us a message through the contact form: your name, your email address, what you need help with and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use these details to read your enquiry and reply to you, and to prepare a quote if you ask for one. We do this because you asked us to get in touch, and because it is in our legitimate interest to answer business enquiries.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep the records we need for the work and for our legal and accounting duties.

Who sees it

Only the Monarch team. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes the data on our behalf under its own data-protection terms. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not run analytics on it. Some pages link to Instagram and other sites. Those sites have their own policies once you leave ours.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email us at contact@monarch.com.cy and we will answer within one month. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
